Local conditions
Homes and conditions in Taren Point
In Taren Point, 49% of occupied private dwellings are separate houses, 18% are semis, terraces or townhouses, and 33% are flats or apartments.
Terraces and townhouses are the awkward middle. Side access is narrow, one wall is shared with the neighbour, and the roof space is often too shallow for a full ducted run — so a multi split, or a slimline ducted unit hidden in a bulkhead, usually does the job a standard ducted system cannot fit into.

Air conditioning in Taren Point: your questions answered
Do you service Taren Point?
Yes. Taren Point, NSW 2229 is one of 81 Sydney suburbs we service, in the South Sydney & Sutherland Shire area and the Sutherland council area. We also cover Miranda, Sylvania, Caringbah and Blakehurst nearby, so we are usually working somewhere in this pocket of Sydney.
What air conditioning work do you do in Taren Point?
Installation, replacement and upgrades, relocation, servicing, repairs, fault finding and cleaning — for ducted, split, multi split, VRV and VRF systems. That covers homes, offices, retail stores, medical centres, warehouses and strata properties in Taren Point.
What kind of air conditioning suits homes in Taren Point?
ABS Census 2021 counted 49% of occupied dwellings in Taren Point as separate houses, 18% as semis, terraces or townhouses, and 33% as flats or apartments. That mix means no single answer fits the street. Terraces and townhouses are the constrained ones — shared walls, narrow side access and shallow roof space — so a multi split, or a slimline ducted unit in a bulkhead, often goes where a full ducted system will not.
Do you do commercial refrigeration in Taren Point?
Yes. Cool rooms, freezer rooms, walk-in freezers, display fridges and freezers, ice machines, blast chillers and commercial kitchen refrigeration are all part of what we do in Taren Point, for restaurants, cafés and retail stores. Emergency refrigeration breakdowns are covered too.
